Designation or Job Role: Application Consultant I

Education : Bachelors/Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science or related field

Working Location: Bangalore


Desired Candidate Profile

The Application Consultant I is a Kronos solution expert responsible for implementing Kronos solutions in customer environments based on his considerable expertise and hands on experience on Workforce Central 6.2 and later. He is expected to have expertise on WIM, Reports and Process Manager.

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science or related field
  • 1-3 years experience on working on Kronos solutions as consultant on full cycle implementations in India or overseas. Must have sound knowledge and configuration experience on WFC 6.2 or later including WIM, Reports and Process Manager.
  • Experience on Workforce Scheduling a plus
  • Experience working on Java and SQL
  • Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting package.
  • Sound technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
  • Must have domain knowledge of HR, T&A and Payroll processing.
  • Experience implementing T& A systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Description:

  • Utilize his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to customers
  • Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
  • Analyze customer configurations and thinking out of the box to resolve and or work around set up issues.
  • Provide expertise as the internal escalation point for Kronos solutions
  • Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customer
  • Developing and documenting best practices
  • Providing training for the customer support team.
