1. Fresher 2012 and 2013 passouts only
2. 10th Std 70% and above
3. 12th Std 70% and above
4. B.E / B.Tech 70% and above
5. Engineering streams Computer science. Electronics and Communication, Information Technology
6. MCA 70% and above, (IT and in graduation 70% and above only)
7. Excellent Communication Skills
8. Good Knowledge of Computers
9. Very Good Knowledge of subjects studied in engineering
10. Knowledge on Java, J2ee, Oracle, Dotnet are preferred
11. Willingness to work in Night Shift
12. Willingness to work in any Location (across India)

Interview Process :

1. Communication Check / Group discussion
2. Aptitude Test /Analytical Test
3. Technical Interview
4. Personal round,
5. Candidates are requested to go through their basic knowledge on all technical skills before attending the interview, study on the engineering subjects.
6. Little knowledge on Java. Dotnet, J2ee, Oracle (any certification on the same are preferred)
