- Develop time and effort estimates for development of new requirements
- Code to finalized design specifications and test plans
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure delivery of high quality software to Quality Engineering
- Work with Product Managers and Quality Engineers to fix prioritized bugs in a timely fashion
- Provide technical guidance to the junior team members
