2. Certification in CCNA / MCP will be an added advantage
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
4. Open to work in 24X7 environment
5. Monitoring memory, CPU, Application database and disk utilization on windows / Linux servers and analyze the performance
6. Maintenance through Blade Logic & Web Sphere
7. Systems, network device, applications monitoring using site scope, BPM and Netcool
8. Ticket Escalation to the appropriate group via CA Service Desk.
