• Consulting, facilitation, organizational and planning skills is preferred.
• Exposure to or working knowledge of project techniques, tools and methodologies is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical, business and project management people
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients and achieve outcomes through influence
• Demonstrated technical aptitude

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Competencies:

• Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of testing techniques, tools and methodologies is required.
• Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Notes is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exposure or working knowledge of business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies is preferred.

Job Description:

• Manage and respond to the day to day Changepoint inquiries, requests and production problems
• Maintain updates to operations documentation
• Run, analyse, action and communicate key Changepoint governance and compliance reports
• Run, analyse, action and communicate key Portfolio Management reports
• Execute regression test model for testing of application fixes/patches and all business owned functions
• Create simple test plans and execute
• Maintain updates to documentation on the Changepoint Self Help intranet site (on the Source)
• Assist in the configuration, testing and rollout of new versions / new features
• Assist in business analysis, reporting, testing, communication, and training support for key deliverables within the team
