Institute of Technology (C-DAC), Admission Procedure for M.Tech (Electronics) with Specialization in VLSI & Embedded Systems.

  • BE/B.Tech(Bio-Medical /Bio-Technology Engineering, EEE, ECE, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering) of a recognized University
  • Minimum of 55% marks for Students with valid Gate Score
  • 60% marks for students without valid Gate Score
  • Aptitude and interest in electronics hardware design
Duration : Four Semester

Selection : To ensure full availability of the expensive ASIC design suites the student intake is limited to Eighteen seats. Admission is based on GATE Score / DAT Rank .
