This position requires a self-motivated individual with a mix of strong technical and analytical skills, superb written and oral communication skills, and the ability to operate in both individual and team environments.The following are also required:
Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering:
In depth technical background in DFT a plus:
- B.S. plus 3 years of experience, or
- M.S. plus 0 years of experience
Hands on experience with:
- Scan and ATPG
- BIST
- Boundary scan (1149.1, 1149.6)
- High speed IO and mixed signal test
- DFT flow development
- Proven DFT track record on large devices
Familiarity with:
- RTL coding and design
- Verilog/VHDL synthesis
- Design verification
- Static timing analysis and closure
- Scripting languages: shell, tcl, perl, etc.
- Production ATE support
- Diagnosis and failure analysis for low yield and test escapes
- Physical design
- ASIC design flows & methodology
- Low power, multi-power domain and mixed-signal design
- Test and product engineering, yield analysis and improvement.
