• There should not be any current backlog
• Breaks A maximum of 1 year break is allowed.
• Branches We are ok with 10+ 3 years diploma or 12+ 3 years diploma candidate/BA Freshers/B.ComFreshers
• Year of Passing Only 2011, 2012 & 2013 Pass outs are eligible to apply.
• Service Agreement _ The candidates who are joining us will have to sign a service agreement of 2 years with Syntel.
• Nationality Only individuals who are of Indian origins / Individuals holding a valid Indian Passport are eligible.
