  1. Should have excellent communication skills
  2. Possess basic technical knowledge
  3. Should be a graduate
  4. B.E, B.Tech Fresher can also apply
  5. Pursuing graduation with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  6. Should be flexible with rotational shifts
  7. MCA's are not eligible
Customer Service (US-Customer Support-Voice-Inbound)
  1. Should have excellent communication skills
  2. Should be a graduate

Domestic Process

Domestic Customer Service - (Voice-Outbound)
  1. Fluency in Hindi, English
  2. Flexible to work both in day and night shifts
  3. Basic proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word...etc) desired.
  4. Any Graduate or Undergraduate
  5. No B.Tech's, MCA's , BE's
Domestic Customer Service (Voice-Inbound & Outbound - semi sale)
  1. Fluency in Hindi & English - Should be able to communicate in
  2. Both the languages on phone
  3. Should be good at sales
  4. Flexible to work both in day and night shifts
  5. Basic proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word...etc) desired.
  6. Any Graduate or Undergraduate
