  4. Troubleshooting knowledge of Mobiles and System
  5. Mobile Device Management tools
  6. Servers
  7. Desktop Management tools like Desktop Central
Job Description:
  1. Providing support services both for software and hardware for an organizations Mobile devices and Systems
  2. Testing of mobiles/systems and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
  3. Physical setting up of computers and software (On Approval from IT Manager) installation for various mobile applications and programs.
  4. Identifying and solving any problems that affect Mobile GPRS/3G connection.
  5. Patch management for Mobiles and Systems.
  6. Help in examination of network, servers equipment and maintenance
  7. Maintenance of systems and Mobile phones.
  8. Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems and Mobiles or offering recommendations on upgrades needed
  9. Troubleshooting and RCA of routine problems.
  10. Carrying out other IT duties as you may be requested by management.
  11. Provide high level support for mobiles like Android Phones, iPhones, Blackberry and Windows Phone.
  12. Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems if they arise.
  13. Coordination of computer maintenance with other Information Technology professionals such as Network Operations staff.
  14. Asset tracking.
  15. Hands on/knowledge on Mobiles and Mobile Device management tools will be prefered.
